Comcast's right hand conflicts with left hand: Yesterday they brag about having 100 Mbps download for Internet users nationwide by 2010.
Too bad they demonstrate they can't even provide 6 Mbps downloads now without blacklisting heavy users;
and look for new ways to secretly stop "heavy use". Or are they really making sure Comcast customers will have to use Comcast "On Demand" rather than Netflix or other streaming video ?
